We are looking for an experienced Senior Design Mechanical Engineer to design industrial equipment and process machinery for our engineering projects using SolidWorks.
Location: Ambernath, Maharashtra
Employment Type: Full-Time
Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 8–15 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Design industrial equipment and process machinery using SolidWorks
Prepare 3D models, GA drawings, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and BOMs
Perform mechanical design calculations and material selection
Coordinate with production, procurement, and project teams
Review vendor drawings and provide technical support during manufacturing
Ensure designs comply with engineering standards and manufacturing requirements
Mentor junior design engineers and support design improvements
Requirements:
Proficiency in SolidWorks is mandatory
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering drawings
Strong understanding of fabrication, machining, welding, and manufacturing processes
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preparing reports, SOPs & operator training
